Mindful Recovery is a lovingly created guided audio series for anyone walking the path of healing from a restrictive eating disorder. Each meditation is designed to feel like a safe, supportive presence beside you, blending gentle hypnotherapy techniques, NLP-based language, and HAES-aligned reassurance to help you feel grounded and held.

 

These audios are here for the moments when recovery feels overwhelming —whether it’s sitting down to a challenging meal, moving through painful body image struggles, or carrying the emotional fatigue that healing can bring.
